Shift-Dress.com Postage and Packing

We endeavour to process and despatch all orders within 48 hours, but please allow 5 working days for delivery. Postage is £5 for any number of dresses and will be sent by Royal Mail first class.

We want you to be very happy with your new dress. If for any reason you need to return your dress email us in the first instance at customerservice@shift-dress.com with a brief explanation and return the dress within 10 days with the tag attached and a copy of the receipt.

Remember to obtain proof of posting from the post office as we are not responsible for any returns that do not reach us.  A refund will be processed within 48 hours, on condition that we are satisfied the dress has not been worn or damaged.

Unless the dress is faulty we do not refund postage and packing costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights
